And you don’t need to be an “artist” to do it — in fact, most people aren’t.

You just need to be willing to open your heart + mind, and try something new.

  • Feel like they’ve lost their “voice,” have trouble putting feelings into words — and feel isolated, because of it.
  • Feel “stuck” in their lives — like the future is just going to be “more of the same,” but “the same” isn’t good.
  • Feel unsuccessful or unworthy — due to erratic time management, procrastination, lack of focus, self-doubt or self-sabotaging behavior.
  • Feel disconnected from their creative spirit, and long to re-ignite that  missing “spark.”

The people I work with have often been to other therapists, before.

You may have already received a diagnosis, or been given a label to describe what you’re going through — like depression, trauma, anxiety, panic, phobia, grief or loss.

You may have made some progress, but eventually hit a “wall.”

Art therapy is often the missing piece, because it offers a different way of accessing emotions — through the non-verbal part of your brain, where emotions are actually stored.

Watching my clients put paint on a canvas, draw, sketch, doodle and collage their way into clarity is one of the greatest joys of my life — and I’d love to share this powerful healing modality with you.

WHERE IT ALL HAPPENS

The Art Therapy Studio is located in Fair Oaks Village near Sacramento, California.

I work with clients at the studio Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.

 

MY GOAL, AS A THERAPIST

… is to help you access your inner creative problem-solver — the part of your brain that is brilliant at coming up with solutions to all of your problems, big and small.

Because once your inner problem-solver has been re-activated, you won’t really need me. (And that’s a good thing!)
